We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to achieve operational goals
• Ensure all rooms and common areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, cleaning, and maintenance tasks
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance

Your Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Supervise and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operation of the department
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with the management team to achieve overall hotel objectives

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or related field, preferably in a supervisory role
• A proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve high standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, practices, and equipment
