Role Overview

This position is an entry-level role that serves as the first and last point of interaction for our guests. As a Host/Barback/Food Runner, you will play a crucial part in creating a memorable experience for our visitors at Three Notch'd Brewing Company. Our 10-acre property offers stunning outdoor scenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains, interactive guest experiences, and a dedicated team focused on leaving a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival and ensures they are seated in a timely manner
• Assists with food service by running orders to tables and ensuring prompt delivery
• Provides excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
• Cleans and maintains the bar area, ensuring it is always presentable for guests
• Supports the bar staff in managing inventory and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or food service industry preferred but not required
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the bar area efficiently
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of alcohol service (if applicable) or willingness to learn
