The position guarantees 48 hours each week on a Monday-to-Friday pattern with free weekends, starting between 04:00 am and 05:00 am.

What You'll Do

• Operate an HGV Class 2 rigid vehicle safely and efficiently around the Manchester and Greater Manchester area
• Complete scheduled multipoint deliveries and collections while keeping goods secure and undamaged
• Carry out thorough daily walk-round inspections and report any defects promptly
• Complete digital or paper delivery notes, tachograph records and any required compliance paperwork accurately
• Follow all road traffic regulations, site procedures and company guidelines to maintain high safety standards
• Communicate courteously with warehouse staff, customers and the transport office throughout the shift

What You Bring

• A full UK HGV Category C (Class 2) licence – new pass drivers are actively welcomed and supported
• Willingness to start early morning shifts out of Manchester bases and complete a reliable 48-hour week
• Strong awareness of road safety, good spatial judgement and a calm professional attitude under pressure
• Basic ability to manage simple paperwork or handheld devices for route and delivery confirmation
