Healthcare Project Manager

CTG is seeking a full-time Healthcare Project Manager to lead mission-critical initiatives across our provider organization in Cheektowaga, Erie County. About the Role

As our Healthcare Project Manager, you'll oversee strategic, operational, clinical, and technology-focused projects that directly impact patient care delivery and organizational performance. You'll own the entire project lifecycle: planning scope and timelines, mobilizing cross-functional teams, tracking progress against budgets, and steering projects to completion on time and within resources. Your work ensures we meet regulatory requirements while advancing our mission.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across clinical, operational, and technology domains
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Lead collaboration between executive leadership, clinical staff, IT teams, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies throughout project execution
• Identify and mitigate risks; communicate status and issues to stakeholders clearly and proactively
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing complex projects in healthcare, health IT, or related environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory frameworks, and clinical workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping teams organized and accountable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfort navigating matrix organizations with diverse stakeholders
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or healthcare-specific credential) preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
