About the Role
As our Health and Wellness Representative, you'll be the welcoming face of our Hilton Head location—the first and lasting impression clients have of Restore. You'll play a central role in creating an environment where people feel supported, informed, and excited about their wellness journey. This full-time position combines direct client interaction with operational responsibilities that keep our facility running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to their wellbeing
- Guide clients through our wellness programs and services, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Support clients before, during, and after their visits to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a clean, welcoming facility that meets our high standards
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve location goals
- Learn about our services and develop expertise to share with clients confidently
