About the Role

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you'll be a key member of our Bannockburn location, creating positive first impressions and delivering outstanding service to our guests. You'll serve as an ambassador for Restore Hyper Wellness, helping community members discover how our services support their wellness goals and lifestyle.

What You'll Do

• Greet, welcome, and assist clients visiting our Bannockburn facility
• Explain our wellness services, memberships, and program options to prospective and current members
• Handle front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Process inquiries and provide information about membership benefits
• Support the overall member experience and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility's public spaces
