What This Role Involves

The Groundsperson role at Vaughan Administration is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of a premium private estate in Flinders, Mornington Peninsula. The position involves overseeing the upkeep of approximately 30 hectares of diverse landscapes, ensuring they remain meticulously maintained for a prestigious client.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily groundskeeping activities including mowing, pruning, and planting.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
• Implement landscaping projects as directed by the management team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
• Keep records of maintenance tasks and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• A motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with a passion for groundskeeping.
• Experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• A valid driver's license to operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
