Prowess Consulting is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer (Internal Communications) based in the United States to turn complex Total Rewards programs at a leading technology company into clear, scalable, and visually compelling employee communications.
About the Role
As a Graphic Designer focused on internal communications, you'll transform dense, information-rich material into approachable visual stories that employees actually want to read. This position suits a designer grounded in editorial and systems thinking—someone who can craft both standalone pieces and reusable templates that scale across programs. You'll move quickly, partner tightly with writers and project managers, and consistently ship polished work on compressed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design presentation slides, email headers, infographics, toolkits, guides, and digital assets
- Build visual systems and templates that power repeatable campaigns
- Translate program data and details into straightforward visual narratives
- Uphold brand consistency and accessibility standards across every deliverable
- Collaborate closely with the writer and project manager on fast-turnaround projects
Qualifications
- Solid background in visual design, with emphasis on editorial and systems-based approaches
- Experience designing for enterprise or internal communications programs
- Strong creative instincts and the confidence to champion impactful concepts
- A talent for distilling content-heavy information into clean, effective visuals
- Proficiency with standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Meticulous attention to detail around formatting, consistency, and accessibility
- Ability to juggle several projects at once in a fast-moving setting
- Background supporting HR, Total Rewards, or internal communications for large organizations is a plus
You may work primarily within your local time zone, with occasional availability needed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time. To be considered, you must reside in Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. The pay range for this role is $75,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
