Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Princeton, NJ on a full-time basis. This role will involve assisting Staff and Project-level Engineers with multi-discipline designs for site development projects, both public and private.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in conceptual/planning, preliminary design, and detailed design stages of projects
  • Support the preparation of engineering documents, plans, and reports
  • Contribute to site development projects, including drainage, grading, utilities, and infrastructure planning
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
  • Participate in fieldwork and site visits as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate or early-career Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly related to site development projects
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Possessing initiative and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
