Domino's Franchise is hiring a General Manager to lead our La Mesa, San Diego County location at 7960 University Ave. In this full-time role, you'll have complete operational responsibility for a busy pizza delivery store, manage a talented team, and drive profitable growth.
About the Role
As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a hands-on leadership position where your decisions directly impact team performance, customer satisfaction, and store profitability. You'll work with a flexible, fun team culture that values results and teamwork.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate delivery drivers and in-store staff
- Oversee food preparation, order fulfillment, and quality standards
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control
- Handle cash management and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Address customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to grow revenue
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality
