About the Role

This full-time Assistant Manager position is ideal for someone ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. You'll support all day-to-day operations at our Farmington restaurant, working directly with the store manager and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew members, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high performance standards
• Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, including opening, closing, and peak service periods
• Manage quality control, food safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering as needed
• Handle cash and payment processing with accuracy and integrity
• Support customer service initiatives and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and in-store teams to optimize order fulfillment

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
