About the Role
As a Merchandise Coordinator at Homegoods in Bonita Springs, you'll play a key role in keeping our store looking its best while ensuring customers find exactly what they're seeking. This full-time position focuses on visual presentation, product organization, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect every time they visit.
What You'll Do
- Create eye-catching visual displays that highlight featured merchandise and seasonal collections
- Organize and rotate inventory to maximize product visibility and sales potential
- Ensure all merchandise is properly priced, labeled, and positioned according to store standards
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management and the broader team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment throughout your shift
- Work collaboratively with retail team members to meet daily and seasonal merchandising goals
- Support the customer experience by helping shoppers locate products and answer questions
