About This Position

At Chili's in Chino Hills, we are seeking a Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for setting the pace for great shifts and ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service. You will work closely with your colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Ensure food quality and portion sizes meet Chili's standards
• Work efficiently to support the kitchen team during peak hours
• Assist in inventory management and waste reduction efforts
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

What We're Looking For

• A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good communication skills for working effectively with the team
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
