Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our team at Gentle Dental. Our goal is to provide exceptional, lifelong integrated oral healthcare services that enhance the quality of life for our patients by promoting overall health and well-being through a wellness approach to dentistry.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients in accordance with professional standards and Gentle Dental’s policies.
• Develop and maintain patient treatment plans, including oral hygiene instructions and preventive care recommendations.
• Perform routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and other preventative procedures as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in electronic health records.

Skills & Qualifications

• A valid Dental Hygienist license in Arizona is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Hygienist, with preference given to candidates with experience in pediatric or geriatric dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple patient appointments efficiently.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to all patients.
