About the Role

You'll work full-time as a live-out babysitter caring for two children at significantly different developmental stages. The household includes a 9-month-old boy and a school-age girl, with occasional childcare for additional children as discussed. Success in this role depends on your ability to balance the distinct needs of infants and older children while maintaining a warm, patient, and focused presence.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily care, supervision, and engagement for both an infant and school-age child
• Handle infant routines including feeding, diaper care, and sleep schedules with skill and gentleness
• Create age-appropriate learning and play activities that support development and curiosity
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment conducive to healthy child development
• Coordinate schedules such as school transportation when required
• Communicate regularly with parents about the children's day, activities, and wellbeing
• Respond to flexible scheduling needs, including occasional care for other children
