Front Desk Agent

What You'll Do

• Check guests in and out, process reservations, and manage room assignments with accuracy and courtesy
• Answer guest inquiries about accommodations, room rates, amenities, and facility services
• Handle payments, deposits, and folio adjustments using our property management system
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and communicate key information to housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and warmth

What You Bring

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed during peak times
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management software
