- Browse current job openings from companies in RecXchange's network
- Identify and approach qualified candidates through your personal, professional, or community networks
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific job opportunities
- Submit candidates through the RecXchange platform with relevant background information
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to support the placement process
- Monitor your submission history and placement outcomes
