Franchise Business Consultant – Arby’s (Raleigh NC, Richmond VA remote)

Inspire Brands is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to drive growth and operational excellence across a portfolio of Arby's franchise locations. This is a full-time remote position supporting franchisees in the Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA markets.

About the Role

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'll partner directly with franchisee partners to accelerate their financial performance and operational success. You'll manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of franchise owners, helping them navigate market challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and build sustainable, profitable businesses. Your strategic guidance will directly impact brand consistency, customer satisfaction, and network expansion across your assigned territories.

What You'll Do

• Own the success of your assigned franchisee portfolio, serving as their primary strategic business advisor
• Collaborate with franchise partners to establish, monitor, and exceed performance targets in sales growth, profitability, and operational metrics
• Coach franchise organizations on best practices in brand execution, customer experience delivery, and operational consistency
• Identify growth opportunities and work with franchisees to develop action plans that strengthen their competitive position
• Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help franchisees optimize their locations and people
• Monitor network health and escalate challenges requiring corporate support or intervention
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that position you as a valued business partner rather than just a compliance officer

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in franchise management, business consulting, or multi-unit operations management
• Strong understanding of restaurant or quick-service industry fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results through coaching and influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Proficiency with data analysis and business metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support franchisee locations as needed
