About the Role
Sydney Airport is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation, and our Finance team plays a critical role in helping the business make confident, commercially sound decisions. As FP&A Manager, Commercial, you will partner closely with the Commercial business unit, providing financial forecasts, insights, analysis, and decision support across various aspects of the business.
Core Duties
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts for the Commercial business unit.
- Provide detailed financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in FP&A or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present complex financial information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and senior management levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial software tools.
