US Foods is hiring an FP&A Anaplan Manager to lead the rollout and ongoing enhancement of enterprise Anaplan planning solutions. This full-time role is based at Nellis Air Force Base in Clark County, Nevada, and offers a fully virtual, work-from-anywhere setup.

About the Role

As the FP&A Anaplan Manager at US Foods, you will own the dependable delivery of Anaplan-based financial planning models and serve as a driving force behind their design, deployment, and steady refinement. You'll partner across finance and operations teams to translate planning needs into scalable, high-performing solutions that strengthen forecasting and decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Anaplan planning models, ensuring reliable performance and on-time execution.
• Contribute to the build-out, implementation, and continuous optimization of FP&A planning capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and shape practical Anaplan solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes and elevate model accuracy and usability.
• Provide guidance and support to users adopting Anaplan tools across the company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan planning models.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to lead solution delivery and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
• Comfort operating independently in a 100% remote, virtual work setting.
