Forward Deployment Engineer – FTC

About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer for a 6-month FTC. You’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI engineering and real-world deployment for some of our most high-profile initiatives. You will partner with us to design, prototype, and scale intelligent orchestration systems ranging from dynamic event demo lifecycles to autonomous AI agent systems for major football sponsorships (like Arsenal) and EMEA-wide internal productivity tools. We are looking for someone passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, who loves rapid prototyping, and who thrives on turning successful local MVPs into robust, scalable regional solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build orchestration systems for our event demos lifecycle, including briefing tools, real-time event scorecards, spatial booth design mockups, and visual setup compliance tools.
• Develop autonomous AI agent networks for high-profile football sponsorships to track rights allocation, run scenario outcome planning, and automate brand-compliant asset refreshes.
• Standardise and harden successful local MVPs such as our Gemini PM briefing assistant (Project Wally) and Podcast Prompt Agent into scalable, secure, EMEA-wide playbooks.
• Develop robust full-stack applications, writing clean code for both modern front-end frameworks and secure backend APIs.
• Integrate complex data feeds and ecosystem APIs, ensuring seamless connection between Google directory systems, analytics data, and our custom platforms.
• Apply rigorous QA and advanced prompt engineering techniques (like model grounding, sequential prompting, and guardrails) to guarantee high-grade accuracy and eliminate hallucinations in high-stakes creative outputs.

About You

The essentials:

• Strong full-stack engineering skills, with hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks and robust backend API development.
• Practical experience with AI/LLM architecture, specifically building and deploying multi-agent systems, custom AI tools, and using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Mandatory working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and experience querying, structuring, and integrating complex data feeds.
• A strong builder mindset with a bias for action; you love rapid prototyping, R&D, and coding solutions directly.
• Expertise in AI safety and accuracy, with a solid understanding of model grounding, sequential prompting, and guardrails.

Not a must, but a plus:

• Experience integrating Google ecosystem APIs and directory systems.
• Experience working within a fast-paced creative agency or digital-first advertising environment.
