Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food and drinks to guest-ready standards within open kitchen settings
• Deliver warm, efficient service at the bar, café and market points of contact
• Keep all preparation, serving and dining zones clean, hygienic and well-ordered
• Restock supplies, rotate stock and assist with basic inventory checks
• Help set up, serve and clear private functions plus public event sessions
• Take and process customer orders accurately and handle payments professionally
• Work closely with colleagues to keep service flowing under pressure
