What This Role Involves
The Mövenpick Food & Beverage Attendants are central to crafting memorable guest experiences by bringing our vibrant hospitality and premium dining offerings to life. Responsibilities include delivering warm, personalized service and showcasing the unique flavors of BODA Restaurant.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for guests at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the dining area to ensure it is clean and presentable
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
