Position Summary

Rocket Lab Corporation is seeking a Fluid Component Engineer II to join our team. This role will be based in Long Beach, California, and the position is full-time with no remote option.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to the design, testing, and implementation of fluid components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fluid systems engineering for aerospace applications.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and simulation tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with fluid dynamics analysis and testing in a space environment is highly desirable.
