What This Role Involves

The Floor Attendant I plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our store. You will be responsible for receiving all donations promptly and courteously, ensuring items are properly placed within the store. This position also involves promoting sales through effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive and sort donated goods efficiently and politely
• Clean and maintain a neat and organized store environment
• Assist customers in finding items they are interested in purchasing
• Help promote sales by suggesting relevant products based on customer needs
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors

Requirements

• A minimum of 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid Arizona driver's license (if applicable)
• Basic computer skills; experience with Point of Sale systems a plus
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and stand for extended periods
