About the Role
This position is responsible for providing on-site management of one or more residential multifamily apartment communities. This role will require travel throughout Pratum's portfolio nationwide, primarily in the Washington DC Metropolitan area including Virginia and Maryland, with occasional overnight travel to any state for operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned communities
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders
- Travel to various Pratum communities for on-site support as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in community management or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Affable personality with a commitment to serving low-income residents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel
- Possess a valid background check as required by the company
