PwC is hiring a Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Senior Associate in Wellston, Missouri to advise clients in the asset and wealth management sector on complex tax matters and strategic planning. About the Role

As a Senior Associate in our Financial Services Tax practice, you'll take on expanded responsibility within our Corporate Tax services team. You'll work with clients to identify tax opportunities, ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional requirements, and develop solutions that align tax strategy with business objectives. This position involves up to 20% travel to meet with clients and support engagements across the region.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive tax advisory on real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, and portfolio management strategies
• Prepare and review tax compliance filings and documentation for financial services entities
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify planning opportunities and minimize client tax exposure
• Partner with clients to understand their business drivers and translate that insight into actionable tax guidance
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the Financial Services Tax practice
• Support multi-client engagements with attention to detail and strong project management

What We're Looking For

• CPA or strong progress toward certification
• 3+ years of experience in tax, ideally within financial services or real estate specialties
• Solid understanding of corporate and partnership tax structures
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
