Account Executive – Global, Remote (UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS)

Magic is hiring a remote Account Executive – Global (Uncapped Commissions) to close warm inbound deals from Spain on US business hours. If you carry a number, own your pipeline, and thrive when there's no ceiling on what you earn, this contract role puts 50+ qualified leads a month in your hands.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Magic, you'll own the full sales cycle for fast-growing U.S. companies looking to hire vetted remote talent. The leads arrive warm, the playbook is already proven, and your commission has no cap — top performers consistently reach $5,000+ per month. This is a full-time independent contractor position, fully remote and based in Spain, reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Run discovery-to-close on a high volume of warm inbound conversations, often 2–8 calls per day with C-level and Director prospects
• Surface each prospect's real pain, build urgency, and pair them with the right Magic solution
• Keep HubSpot spotless — accurate deal stages, set next steps, and disciplined follow-up so nothing slips
• Partner with Support and Operations to hand off new clients for a strong start
• Hit quota every month and actively look for ways to beat it
• Absorb coaching from Sales Leadership and apply feedback fast to lift your close rate

Qualifications

• A track record of quota-carrying, consultative selling — B2B, B2C, outbound/SDR-to-closer, or aggressive Account Management/Customer Success that drives new business
• English fluency at C1 or C2, comfortable selling to U.S. buyers
• Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar) and genuine self-accountability for your numbers
• A hungry, gritty, coachable mindset that treats "not now" as a future deal, not a dead end
• Availability for 9-hour shifts on US hours, including mandatory training 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
