Position Summary
Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. This role offers full-time employment with no remote option in Elkhart, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability by managing the finance and insurance process for customers purchasing recreational vehicles (RVs).
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, state laws, and industry regulations related to F&I operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and mentor new staff members in F&I procedures and customer service practices.
