Role Overview

This is a full-time position based in Balclutha, Otago. The role involves hands-on work with general maintenance and fencing tasks, as well as occasional stockwork. You will be responsible for operating tractors and other machinery to maintain the farm's infrastructure while also contributing to the overall station management.

Responsibilities

• Operating tractors and other heavy equipment for maintenance purposes
• Tackling various fencing projects as required
• Performing general maintenance tasks around the farm
• Occasional involvement in stockwork activities
• Maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency in all tasks performed

What You Bring

• A strong background in agricultural or related fields
• Experience with fencing, maintenance, and tractor operation is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
• A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• A positive attitude and a team player mentality
• A valid New Zealand driver's license (or the ability to obtain one)
