What This Role Involves

The role of an Experienced Senior Retail Salesperson at Bathroom Renovators Warehouse involves assisting customers with their bathroom renovation needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your duties include:

• Selling products related to bathroom renovations.
• Assisting customers in selecting appropriate products based on their requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Taking payments and processing transactions accurately.

Your Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries.
• Process sales efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in the bathroom renovation industry.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
