This is a full-time, consultative role for a strategic seller who can turn complex transformation goals into closed business.

About the Role

As Sales Director at KMS Technology, you will own new-logo acquisition across priority US segments—healthcare innovators, ISVs and SaaS providers, high-tech firms, and digital-native enterprises. You'll pursue strategic engagements valued at $500K–$1M+, aligning KMS capabilities in AI, cloud, data platforms, and large-scale engineering with each client's most ambitious business outcomes. Success here demands more than closing skills; it calls for an advisor who builds trust, creates momentum, and maps measurable value with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle for net-new accounts among US companies with $100M–$2B in annual revenue, targeting $3M–$5M+ in net-new services revenue per year
  • Design and run territory and account plans grounded in insight-led outreach
  • Influence executive stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, VPs of Product/Engineering, and PE operating leaders
  • Spot inflection points—private equity investment, leadership change, new platform initiatives—and shape them into compelling solutions
  • Sell consultative offerings spanning AI/ML, data platforms, cloud modernization, QA automation, and product engineering
  • Apply MEDDPICC to qualify and prioritize winnable, value-aligned deals
  • Lead pursuit strategy alongside solution architects and delivery leaders to produce winning proposals, SOWs, and contracts
  • Represent KMS at events and client meetings, with travel up to 40%

Qualifications

  • 10+ years selling software services or technology consulting, ideally near/offshore
  • Demonstrated success closing $500K–$1M+ services deals with mid-market and enterprise buyers
  • Networks or domain experience in healthcare, SaaS, or high-tech
  • Fluency across AI, data, cloud, and digital product transformation priorities
  • Comfort guiding multi-stakeholder buying committees and senior executives
  • Understanding of private equity value-creation dynamics
  • Co-selling experience with channel partners such as AWS and GCP
  • Outcome-driven, strategically focused consultative selling skills
