What This Role Involves
You will be part of a busy, values-driven leadership environment, working closely with senior leaders and wider business groups. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in enabling leaders and teams to focus on strategic and operational priorities, our people, our partners, and the delivery of key initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support senior leadership in managing their calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations for senior leaders.
- Coordinate internal and external communications as needed.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a government or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A proven track record of providing high-level administrative support.
