This is a strategic support position where you'll become the Agency Principal's trusted operational partner. You'll manage executive calendars, facilitate communications, and handle administrative coordination—freeing leadership to focus on agency growth and client relationships. What You'll Do
- Manage the Agency Principal's calendar, meetings, and travel coordination
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with discretion
- Organize priorities, track deliverables, and monitor action items to keep leadership on track
- Handle scheduling for events, team meetings, and client gatherings
- Manage expense reports, administrative documentation, and office logistics
- Anticipate needs and resolve issues independently with minimal oversight
- Support other operational functions as the agency grows
