Events Marketing Manager, EMEA/META

Censys is hiring an Events Marketing Manager, EMEA/META to drive memorable, pipeline-generating event experiences across the region — a fully remote, full-time role based in the United Kingdom.

About the Role

As Events Marketing Manager at Censys, you'll sit at the heart of our EMEA/META demand generation engine, owning regional marketing and event programs from first concept through final ROI report. We're looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter who blends big-picture strategy with roll-up-your-sleeves execution, loves solving problems, and genuinely enjoys creating standout moments for customers and prospects. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and measure integrated marketing programs spanning events, webinars, paid media, and content across the region.
• Lead regional marketing activity end to end, including third-party conferences and digital campaigns.
• Partner with regional Sales to align every initiative with territory goals, drive qualified attendance, and ensure fast, effective lead follow-up to meet pipeline targets.
• Own event selection and manage detailed budgets, balancing cost-efficiency, resource allocation, and clear marketing ROI.
• Handle event logistics end to end — vendor sourcing, venue selection, materials, and smooth on-site delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Design for consistent messaging and accurate campaign tracking.
• Report on campaign and event performance, focusing on pipeline influence, opportunity creation, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Marketing, Field Marketing, or Campaign Management within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
• A track record of running high-touch field events that convert attendees into qualified sales opportunities.
• Proven success driving and measuring pipeline metrics in close partnership with Sales.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple time-sensitive initiatives.
• Highly organized and analytical, with hands-on experience in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, and Clay.
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting results to stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach that influences teams internally and externally, plus sound judgment in applying AI to daily work.
• Able to work remotely from the UK with travel of roughly 30%.
• Bonus: cyber security experience and fluency in French, Spanish, German, Dutch, or Arabic.
