Connected Communities Sales & Events Manager

Alliance Mobile Career is hiring a Connected Communities Sales & Events Manager for our Cleveland, Cuyahoga County market. This full-time position combines sales leadership with community event management and customer relationship building in the wireless and entertainment retail space.

About the Role

As Connected Communities Sales & Events Manager, you'll drive revenue growth while strengthening our brand presence through strategic event execution and community partnerships. You'll manage sales initiatives, coordinate customer engagement activities, and build meaningful relationships with local stakeholders in Cleveland and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Lead sales efforts for wireless and entertainment products within the Connected Communities program
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and customer engagement initiatives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with community partners and key accounts
• Track performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and report results to regional leadership
• Identify growth opportunities and expand market penetration in the Cleveland area
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and support across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in sales management or retail leadership roles
• Experience planning and executing community events or customer engagement programs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Must be located in the Cleveland, Cuyahoga County area
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Compensation

Full-time position offering a $70,000 base salary plus commission opportunity, with total at-risk compensation of approximately 25%.
