About the Role

This ESL Teacher position offers a unique opportunity to teach English to Chinese students while building a rewarding career abroad. After joining our team based in Torrance, California, you will relocate to China and work a structured weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, with office hours from 8:30 to 16:30 and a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare lessons that align with the provided curriculum and reflect each student's current English proficiency.
• Deliver instruction in a thorough, professional way that encourages steady language growth.
• Foster an engaging classroom atmosphere where Chinese students feel motivated to communicate and interact in English.
• Monitor, assess, and document each learner's progress, behavior, and individual educational needs.
• Adapt teaching approaches to support the development goals of every student.
