Cretelligent is growing its trusted network of environmental professionals, and we're seeking an experienced Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Contractor based in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, to support commercial due diligence projects across Nevada and Northern and Southern California.
About the Role
As an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Contractor with Cretelligent, you'll become part of a specialized contractor network that powers our commercial environmental due diligence investigations. This full-time, on-site position centers on evaluating commercial properties and delivering the environmental insight our clients depend on to make informed real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out environmental due diligence assessments for a range of commercial property types.
- Perform Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and document findings accurately and thoroughly.
- Contribute to Cretelligent's expanding commercial environmental investigation efforts across Nevada and California.
- Collaborate within our contractor network to maintain consistent, high-quality reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience conducting Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) or commercial environmental due diligence.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial property environmental investigation practices.
- Based in or able to serve the Nevada and Northern/Southern California regions, with availability for on-site work in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to produce clear, reliable assessment documentation.
