• Identify upcoming permit needs early and align internal teams around key milestones and deliverables
• Track compliance indicators, prepare status updates, and flag potential issues before they escalate
• Support exploration groups with practical guidance that keeps environmental commitments front and center

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing environmental permits and schedules that involve both federal and state regulators
• Solid working knowledge of United States environmental rules applicable to exploration activities, especially those relevant to Arizona
• Proven ability to maintain organized registers, timelines, and related documentation under shifting priorities
• Clear communication skills for reporting progress to senior leadership and partnering with cross-functional colleagues
