The Opportunity

Chamberlain University is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Enrollment Representatives to join our team in Miramar, Florida. As a key member of the admissions department, you will play an integral role in supporting future or current nurses by ensuring they have a seamless enrollment experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone and email
• Schedule and conduct campus tours for potential students
• Process applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
• Provide financial aid information and assist with the application process
• Build and maintain relationships with applicants, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with Chamberlain University

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in customer service or higher education preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
