The Engineering Manager leads Brighton Jones’ software engineering and integration team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who balances writing code with leading engineers, making architecture decisions, and driving delivery.
We’re evolving our integration approach toward a development-focused engineering practice. You’ll lead that transition while owning day-to-day delivery for our internal applications, integrations, and AI-powered tools.
