About This Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Costa Mushrooms Monarto, the largest and most advanced mushroom farm in Australia. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems within our state-of-the-art facility. This is a part-time position based in Renmark West, Renmark Paringa.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all electrical equipment and systems in the mushroom farm
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Document all maintenance and repair activities for record-keeping purposes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician in a similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid Australian Electrical Licence (Class I)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues quickly and effectively
• Familiarity with modern agricultural equipment and practices is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
