About the Role

As an Elder Law Attorney in Beverly Hills, you will join a Plaintiff's Elder Law practice that is expanding quickly and seeking seasoned legal talent. The firm welcomes professionals from both plaintiff and defense backgrounds, so your perspective is valued no matter which side of the courtroom shaped your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel elderly clients across matters within the firm's growing elder law practice.
• Build and manage cases from intake through resolution, applying sound legal strategy.
• Advocate on behalf of clients, drawing on plaintiff and/or personal injury experience.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to serving and supporting the people they represent.

Qualifications

• At least five years of practice in elder law and/or personal injury.
• Active, in-good-standing license to practice law.
• Genuine dedication to helping and protecting others.
• Openness to candidates with either a plaintiff or a defense background.
• Spanish-language ability is a welcome plus, though not required.
