About the Role
The Focusrite Group's Education division bridges professional audio production and academic learning environments. As Education & B2B Marketing Coordinator, you'll lead initiatives that bring industry-standard audio equipment into schools and music education programs nationwide. This position plays a key role in building awareness and adoption of Focusrite Group Professional tools among the next generation of audio creators and producers.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting schools, music departments, and educational institutions across the United States
- Build strategic partnerships with educators and academic leaders to increase Focusrite Group product awareness and classroom adoption
- Create marketing materials and educational resources that communicate product capabilities and professional audio applications to students and instructors
- Manage relationships and sales conversations with school administrators, music program directors, and institutional decision-makers
- Organize educational events, product demonstrations, and hands-on workshops for students and faculty audiences
- Track campaign performance and report findings to optimize marketing strategy and ROI
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to identify and address emerging education market needs
What We're Looking For
- Background in marketing, business development, or educational sector engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with audio production, music education, or professional audio equipment
- Working knowledge of B2B marketing and education sector purchasing processes
- Self-directed and organized with strong time management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, education, or equivalent professional experience
