The Role
We’re looking for an exceptionally capable Executive Assistant / Operations Associate to
become a force multiplier for our founder.
This isn’t a traditional EA role.
One day you might be coordinating international travel and researching the best neighborhood
to stay in for a customer visit. The next, you could be sourcing catering for a private industry
event, preparing customer documents, managing outreach campaigns, or helping streamline
internal operations.
You’ll work across both professional and personal logistics, helping eliminate operational
bottlenecks so leadership can stay focused on building the company.
If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems, figuring things out independently, and
leveraging AI tools to move faster than everyone else, you’ll love this role.
