About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Email Designer to join our team. This role focuses on designing visually compelling and responsive email templates that align with clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. If you’re experienced with Klaviyo and Figma, and passionate about crafting high-performing email campaigns, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Design responsive and visually engaging email templates that align with client branding and marketing goals

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop design concepts

Create layouts and graphics using Klaviyo and Figma, ensuring designs are optimized for various devices and email clients

Implement A/B testing and incorporate data-driven insights to enhance email performance
-
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in email design strategies
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an E-commerce Email Designer or in a similar role

Expertise in Klaviyo and Figma is a must
-
Strong understanding of email design principles, HTML/CSS, and responsive design techniques
-
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional email design work
-
Excellent attention to detail, meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverables

Effective communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented environments

Knowledge of email marketing trends, customer segmentation, and A/B testing
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis

Understanding of basic marketing principles and customer segmentation strategies

Compensation: $2200-$2500 gross/month
