What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality DXA scans following standardized clinical protocols and quality assurance standards
• Position patients safely and explain procedures to ensure comfort and compliance
• Maintain detailed scan data and imaging records in electronic health systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures
• Communicate scan findings to radiologists and physicians as appropriate
• Support clinical colleagues across the diagnostic imaging department

What We're Looking For

• Current DXA technologist certification (ISCD or equivalent) or registry eligibility
• Radiologic technology (ARRT) certification preferred
• Hands-on experience operating DXA equipment
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift patients and equipment, standing for extended periods
• Commitment to quality imaging and attention to detail
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
