About the Role
This is a hands-on, full-time driving position within our Transportation & Logistics team. You'll be the face of VISTAR at each stop, managing deliveries to a diverse customer base that includes vending operations, restaurants, theaters, hotels, and coffee service locations. The role combines safe vehicle operation with customer service, logistics coordination, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Operate company vehicles safely and professionally, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Deliver food and beverage products to scheduled stops across assigned routes in Morris County and surrounding areas
- Load, unload, and organize merchandise with care and efficiency
- Complete delivery paperwork, manifests, and digital records accurately and on time
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts, reporting any maintenance needs
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and respond to their needs
- Meet daily delivery schedules while ensuring product quality and service standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move products regularly throughout the day
