Canvassing Director

Coastal Water and Air is seeking a Canvassing Director to establish and oversee a results-driven door-to-door canvassing operation in Wilton Manors. This is a full-time position with a fast-growing company where leadership and strategic execution directly impact organizational expansion.

About the Role

As Canvassing Director at Coastal Water and Air, you'll take charge of all aspects of our field canvassing program. You'll build a capable team, design winning territory strategies, and ensure consistent daily execution that generates qualified leads and drives measurable business results in the Wilton Manors area and surrounding Broward County neighborhoods.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and onboard canvassing team members; establish performance standards and training protocols
• Coach, supervise, and motivate canvassers to achieve daily and weekly activity targets
• Design efficient neighborhood canvassing routes and manage daily field schedules and assignments
• Monitor team performance, gather feedback, and implement process improvements to increase productivity
• Collaborate with leadership to refine canvassing strategies and expand market penetration
• Prepare reports on team metrics, lead quality, and conversion outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Proven management or supervisory experience, ideally in field sales, canvassing, or direct sales environments
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop team members
• Knowledge of route planning, territory management, and field scheduling
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• High energy, resilience, and commitment to coaching others toward success
• Familiarity with Broward County neighborhoods and local market dynamics is a plus
