Distribution Supervisor (EE)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead daily distribution operations in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The successful candidate will oversee a team of distributors and ensure efficient and effective delivery processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
- Supervise and train a team of distributors to meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is available for timely delivery
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to distribution services
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the distribution industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with logistics management software and tools
- Prior experience working in an Employment Equity position is preferred
- A valid South African driver's license
