Distribution Supervisor (EE)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead daily distribution operations in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The successful candidate will oversee a team of distributors and ensure efficient and effective delivery processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
  • Supervise and train a team of distributors to meet performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is available for timely delivery
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to distribution services

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the distribution industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with logistics management software and tools
  • Prior experience working in an Employment Equity position is preferred
  • A valid South African driver's license
